What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please visit your order history in your account or contact our customer service team. Return shipping is free for domestic orders.

Do you ship internationally?

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also view your order status and tracking details in your account under 'Order History'. If you checked out as a guest, you can use the order tracking tool on our website with your order number and email address.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, all our products come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers issues related to materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a warranty claim.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it's placed?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately. We can usually accommodate changes if the order hasn't shipped yet. Once an order has shipped, you'll need to follow our return process for any unwanted items.

How do I know if a product is in stock?

Our website displays real-time inventory information on each product page. If an item is out of stock, you'll see an 'Out of Stock' notice instead of the 'Add to Cart' button. For some popular items, we offer a 'Notify Me' option so you can receive an email when the product is restocked.

What if my package is damaged or lost?

If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the item and packaging, and contact us right away at snapretrolenses@gmail.com. For lost packages, we’ll work directly with the shipping carrier to help locate it or arrange a replacement. All SnapRetro shipments are insured, so you’re covered in the event of damage or loss during transit.

Can I get a refund if I don't like the product?

Yes, we offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. The item must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
