All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

🚚 Shipping Time & Rates

Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times:

  • North America: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update.

🔒 Lost or Damaged Packages

All shipments are insured. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at snapretrolenses@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement if needed.
